This Privacy Policy describes how TM3P Tech (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Kalyana Dhamma (the “App”).

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your information based on one or more of: (i) your consent; (ii) the performance of a contract with you; (iii) compliance with a legal obligation; or (iv) our legitimate interests in operating and improving the App.

Service providers that help us operate the App, such as cloud hosting, crash reporting, analytics, and push-notification providers. These providers may include Google Firebase, Apple, and similar industry-standard services.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party SDKs and services that collect information governed by their own privacy policies. Common examples include:

Apple App Store and Google Play (distribution, in-app purchases, receipts)
Google Firebase (authentication, analytics, crash reporting, push notifications)

The App and its service providers may operate from servers located outside your country of residence, including Thailand and the United States. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to these jurisdictions, which may have different data-protection laws than your own.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, as well as the right to data portability and to withdraw consent. The App is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it. We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date and, where required, by additional notice within the App.
