Dream Horoscope is a Thai-language dream-interpretation app for iOS and Android. It gives you keyword-based dream meanings, daily horoscopes, suggested lucky numbers, and a private journal where you can record your dreams and moods. The lucky-number suggestions are sourced from a curated dataset bundled inside the App.

Entertainment only. Dream Horoscope provides dream interpretations and lucky-number suggestions for entertainment and cultural interest. It is not a forecasting service and does not guarantee any outcome — including lottery results, financial outcomes, or life events. Do not rely on it for gambling, investment, or other consequential decisions.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how TM3P Tech (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Dream Horoscope (the “App”).

2. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on whether you sign in and which features you use:

Account information (if you sign in): If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email address, display name, and profile photo from the chosen provider. You can also continue as a guest, in which case we use anonymous Firebase authentication and no profile is created.
Dream journal and search history: Dream entries, moods, search keywords, opened interpretations, and saved lucky numbers. These are stored on your device and, if you are signed in, also synced to Firebase Firestore so you can access them across devices.
Purchase status: Whether you have unlocked the premium tier, plus the transaction identifier issued by Apple or Google.
Usage analytics: Firebase Analytics events such as screen views, feature usage, ad impressions, and rewarded-ad completions. These help us understand how the App is used.
Advertising identifiers: On iOS, where you grant App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission, the App may access the IDFA. Where you do not grant permission, only non-personalized ads are shown. Android Advertising ID is used where permitted by Google Play policies.
Device and diagnostic information: Device model, operating system version, app version, language, and time zone.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to: (a) provide, operate, and maintain the App; (b) improve, personalize, and expand the App; (c) understand and analyze how you use the App; (d) detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse; and (e) communicate with you about the App when necessary.

4. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your information based on one or more of: (i) your consent; (ii) the performance of a contract with you; (iii) compliance with a legal obligation; or (iv) our legitimate interests in operating and improving the App.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

Service providers that help us operate the App, such as cloud hosting, crash reporting, analytics, and push-notification providers. These providers may include Google Firebase, Apple, and similar industry-standard services.
Platform providers (Apple and Google) to the extent required by their respective app distribution and payment systems.
Legal and safety recipients, where required to comply with a legal obligation, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others.
Successors, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

6. Third-Party Services

Dream Horoscope uses the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:

Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Analytics) for sign-in, cloud sync of your journal, and usage analytics.
Google AdMob for banner, interstitial, and rewarded video advertising.
Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple for optional account sign-in.
Apple App Store and Google Play Billing for the premium one-time purchase.
Apple App Tracking Transparency (iOS) for ad personalization consent.

We do not use any external AI or large-language-model services; all interpretations and lucky-number suggestions are served from data bundled inside the App.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the App and for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Aggregated or de-identified information may be retained indefinitely.

8. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Transfers

The App and its service providers may operate from servers located outside your country of residence, including Thailand and the United States. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to these jurisdictions, which may have different data-protection laws than your own.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, as well as the right to data portability and to withdraw consent. 11. Children’s Privacy

Dream Horoscope is intended for adults (18 and over) and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information through the App, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date and, where required, by additional notice within the App.
